    Biography:

If you're looking for a unique and unforgettable show, you don't need to fly to the other side of the world - the Antipodivas are right here! These ladies are the epitome of glamour and style, bringing vintage, jazz and Golden Age show tunes to the modern age alongside a hearty Australian-themed performance for an eclectic night of thrilling entertainment!

Don't be fooled by the angelic vocal harmonies delivered by the Antipodivas - they're sassy and sensational, equipped to deliver a top evening of personalised entertainment ladened with sultry vocals, irresistible audience interaction and bawdy jokes!

Covering vintage songs, the golden age of Hollywood, musical theatre and postmodern jukebox style (with Aussie songs), the Antipodivas will bring their unique 3-part harmony spin on vintage classics all the way to Australian legends like Kylie and Men at Work (because who doesn't want to hear "Land Down Under" in the style of the Andrews Sisters!).

Each show by Antipodivas follows their own unique and loving recipe - a diverse repertoire, served alongside a dollop of glamour, a sprinkling of sensual jazz, toe-tapping tunes, and tasty lyrics - all wrapped up with some delicious close harmonies and garnished with cheeky banter! This crowd-winning formula appeals to audiences young and old, and the variety of songs and styles is perfect for any event or occasion.

Each of the Antipodivas have enjoyed resplendent careers in jazz clubs and musical theatre both internationally and in London's prestigious West End, playing roles from Mrs Banks in Mary Poppins, to Magenta in the Rocky Horror Picture Show and Nancy from Oliver. They'll provide your first dance or a special request as standard plus one extra live special request on the night, helping you to make the evening's entertainment neatly reflect you. They come with their own PA and you can even request extra sound equipment and a sound engineer for a truly professional sound on the night.

The Antipodivas come with an incredibly flexible lineup, allowing you to have the evening as intimate or as grand as you wish - from a simple jazz piano set with vocalists, to the standard lineup with drums and bass added. For a little more pizzazz, why not make it an 9-piece band - adding trumpet, saxophone and trombone?

The ladies will come dressed to impress, styling themselves to the theme of the evening - from 1920s Gatsby style costumes through the fashions of the 40s, 50s, and 60s, plus a selection of classic evening gowns, cocktail dresses, Christmas outfits, and Australian flag dresses for the full Aussie show experience!

A glitzy and glamourous London band for hire, the Antipodivas can be booked for events across the UK.

If you're ready to hire the Antipodivas for a fabulous evening of peerless entertainment, the Entertainment Nation team are here via phone, email and live chat to deliver the most exciting live entertainment in the UK - we're here every day from 10am to 10pm, so don't hesitate to get in touch!

"I didn't like this show ... I LOVED it!! What a fabulous evening's entertainment: gorgeous singers, great voices, harmonies to die for, brilliant band ... and funny ... naughty, saucy, mischievously funny! Also, surprisingly moving in places. Go see it, you'll leave with a big smile on your face (and maybe a tear in your eye!)."

"Fantastic show, as an Aussie I could really relate to the material and it reminded me of home, however even non-Australians were able to enjoy and have a right old laugh. Well balanced mix of singing, speaking and jokes, some really funny moments and some hair-raisingly beautiful singing. Would highly recommend for a dose of the land down under."

"Saw this show last night and just loved it! It's sassy, funny and very entertaining. The girls have amazing voices and wonderful harmonies. They put their own twist on popular Aussie songs. Left the show with the girls leading a conga feeling very happy. They were backed by brilliant musicians. If you wanna feel happy... Go See!!!"
