    Biography:

    If you're looking to add some oomph to your event, the Manchester Oompah Band is the act for the job. One of the UK's best Bavarian bands, this 5-9 piece brings the excitement of an Oktoberfest in Munich wherever they perform!

    A 9-piece as standard, the Manchester Oompah Band features 3 trumpets, 2 trombones, euphonium, tuba, drums, and a charismatic comic as the front-man. Combining traditional Oompah songs with well-loved classics from Queen, Prince and Bruno Mars, this crowd-winning act is guaranteed to generate an irresistible party atmosphere. Featuring some of the UK's most incredible brass musicians, the Manchester Oompah Band has sold out shows at the Edinburgh Fringe, Butlins, and has appeared on Channel 4's '8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown'.

    Performing at over 60 events a year and having headlined the Cork & Limerick Oktoberfest Beag, the band has extensive experience in how to put on a stellar live show. Complete with lederhosen (or all-black attire for formal events), the Manchester Oompah Band additionally arrives with their own PA system. Versatile performers, the band is also happy to learn and perform a first dance or special request as standard.
