    Biography:

    Central Funk is Birmingham's premier soul and funk band. These experienced musicians play a groovin' show full of classic and contemporary funk, soul and R&B, and guarantee to have your guests on the dance floor all night long at your wedding, private party or corporate event!

    This male and female-fronted 6-piece ensemble have been playing as a unit for over 15 years and although they have played for other projects and genres along the way - it's their love of funk and soul that keeps them drawn to Central Funk! Their musicians have supported names such as Brian McFadden, Beth Rowley and Go West, and they have appeared on Top Of The Pops, The Tube and The Old Grey Whistle Test.

    This cool band will arrive at your event with all they'll need to perform including a high quality PA and lighting rig. They will learn and play a special request and will even play a recorded playlist before and between their live sets!

    6 Piece Band: Female Lead Vocals, Male Lead Vocals, Backing Vocals and Keys, Backing Vocals and Bass, Guitar and Drums
    Prices are based on a 5pm or later arrival and Midnight finish, including 2x60 or 3x40 minute sets of live performance. Approximately 60-90 minutes are required for the act to set up and sound check (depending on access to the performance area). Alternative timings also available.
