An intimate day that truly captures the connection between the bride and groom – we are in complete awe of Marcia and Marcelo’s wedding day.
If you’re new to elopements, the modern-day version is a small affair that only involves a select handful of the important people in your life, usually with a ceremony and relaxed celebrations, but not stretching to an evening party. Marcia and Marcelo’s own elopement was just the two of them tying the knot with the help of some wonderful suppliers such as a photographer, make up artist, decorator and a scene-setting singing guitarist, to name but a few.
We can’t wait for you to see the wonderful day these two planned, making every second count and sharing every moment together.

The Wedding:
In the south of Yorkshire, the glorious Saltmarshe Hall stands in the centre of open land. A gravel path leads up to the stunning pillar-adorned entrance – an enchanting building with gardens and whimsical archways through the hedges. The perfect setting for a romantic and intimate wedding.
Marcia and Marcelo got ready for the big moment on-site in the venue’s dedicated wedding suites. Marcia wore a lace-covered gown with a gorgeous low back, train and veil and Marcelo’s classic look of a bow tie and a tailored suit was a stunner. After they exchanged wedding letters they did a first look which is usually a time the happy couple shares before they join everyone they know, but this was just the start of their magical day as just the two of them, and you can see the love in their eyes as they think “this is it!”.
They walked arm in arm into the ceremony hall, where they were greeted with the warming tones of Adrian Peters‘ voice, harmonising with his acoustic guitar. The perfect accompaniment for the special moment when you say I do.
Following a personal ceremony, they celebrated with cocktails and the traditional wedding confetti shot – I mean you can’t not!
The Review:
“We had a fabulous and unforgettable day, we just received our official photos and we can relive every detail of our elopement with great emotion. You played a significant role in our wedding, our words for Adrian are not enough, he was amazing in his presentation, he made us very comfortable, as our day was, he was flexible with our timings, as the elopement requires it. He was impeccable, our first dance was of inexplicable value to us and he did it perfectly.
During the booking process he was attentive, responsive with emails, we couldn’t ask for a better performance and musician. Our words to him are eternal thanks and much love!
Much love!”
Newlyweds:
In Saltmarshe Hall they had an elegant table laid out for them, draped in florals and ready for a feast. The newly married pair shared a wedding breakfast whilst listening to the wondrous sounds of Adrian Peters as he filled the room with atmospheric acoustic songs.
Marcia and Marcelo toasted to their union and enjoyed iced biscuits, a wedding cake (because is it even a wedding without cake?) and danced around the room like a couple would their own kitchen. They felt completely at home in their sanctuary. As the night arrived, they lit some sparklers too, and thanked all the wonderful suppliers that helped make their day magical.
Thank you so much to Marcia and Marcelo for sharing their wedding gallery so we could enjoy a little snapshot into their special day. It was a real treat!
And we’re so pleased that Adrian Peters was a significant addition to your day and evening and helped to make lovely memories for you to cherish for many years.
