Amber Jazz Band are a singular female-fronted jazz trio whose fusion of smooth instruments and unique vocals never fail to add a special twist to established favourites.
Fronted by a talented flutist and vocalist alongside guitar and bass or double bass, Amber Jazz Band indulge in an eclectic and sultry mix of jazz, bossa nova, soul, Motown, funk and pop.
The band's impressive vocalist began her classical music studies in piano and flute at the age of 6 and continued her studies in both her Slovakian home and later in France. Combined with private lessons and masterclasses with members of the Vienna Philharmonics in Austria, her pitch-perfect notes should come as no surprise.
With a profound love of jazz and soul, she now writes her own songs and has performed at the most prestigious venues across London. Alongside a band of some of the finest talent to emerge from the Royal Academy of Music, together they've spent the last 4 years taking the live music scene by storm, frequenting festivals across the world.
The band have enjoyed residency at the award-winning Rib Room Bar and Restaurant where they received positive reviews from critics and celebrities - among them legendary dancer Michael Flatley!
Amber Jazz Band will learn your first dance to make their performance extra special. They'll also supply their own PA system to save on set up hassles. The band offer optional jazz duo sets, or you can build up the sound by adding drums, or drums and saxophone/clarinet!
